SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR DATA?

If you buy something in our store, collection of personal data you provide, such as your name, address and e-mail address, is a part of the purchase and sale process. When you browse our website, we automatically receive your IP address, which provides us with information about your browser and your operating system. Third parties provide information in the form of cookie files on our Web pages and using other, similar technologies on your terminal (e.g. a computer, a smartphone) and gain access to such information. These are our trusted partners we continuously cooperate with in order to tailor advertisements on our website and on their websites, as well as services delivered by us and by our trusted partners, to your needs and interests. Members of the Wirtualna Polska capital group are such a trusted partner. Internet marketing (if applicable): with your consent, we may send you e-mail messages about news related to our store, about new products and other news.

How do you receive a consent for the use of my data?

When you provide us with personal data for transaction purposes, when your credit card is verified, when you place an order, specify the delivery destination or return good, we assume that you have consented to have the data collected and used only for such a specific purpose. If we wish to obtain your personal data for other purposes, such as marketing purposes, we will directly ask you for your consent or provide you with an option to refuse such consent.

We may disclose your data if we are obliged to do so by law or if you violate our rules.

SECTION 4 - THIRD PARTY SERVICES

In general, third party suppliers the services of which we use, will collect, use and disclose your data only for the purpose required to provide services they provide for us. However, some third party service providers, such as payment gates or other processors of electronic payments apply their own privacy policy related to information we are obliged to provide them in order to execute transactions related to the purchase. In regards to such suppliers, we advise reading their privacy policy in order to understand how they are handling your personal data. In particular, remember that some suppliers may be present or have their main office within an area subjected to a jurisdiction different than yours. Thus, if you decide to enter a transaction involving services of third party suppliers, your data may be subjected to laws of jurisdiction valid at a location, where the given supplier is present or has their registered main office. Google Analytics i Facebook Ads

Our store uses websites of Google Analytics and Facebook Ads, which help us collect information about visitors of our websites, about the visited pages and help us make the advertising delivery more efficient.

Facebook Custom Audiences

As part of the Facebook Ads system provided by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA, we use the Custom Audiences function to target targeted advertising messages to specific user groups. We do this based on our legitimate interest in marketing our own products or services. In order to target you with targeted advertising based on your behaviour on our website, we have implemented the Facebook Pixel on our website, which automatically collects information about your use of our website. The information collected in this way is usually transmitted to Facebook servers, which may be located anywhere in the world, particularly in the United States of America (USA). The information collected by Facebook Pixel is anonymous, i.e. it does not allow us to identify you personally. Hotjar

We use the Hotjar tool to better understand your needs and to optimise our website for your user experience, which is our legitimate interest. The tool is provided by a third party entity, namely Hotjar Limited, Level 2, St Julian's Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julian's STJ 1000, Malta. Hotjar records every visitor to our site and enables us to play a video of their movement around our site, as well as to generate so-called heat maps. Within the Hotjar tool we do not have access to information that allows us to identify you, as Hotjar does not record the process of filling in forms. The information we have access to within Hotjar is, in particular: information about the operating system and the web browser you are using, the pages you view within our site, the time spent on our site and on its sub-sites, your navigation between the different sub-pages of our site, the source from which you came to our site, the places where you clicked with your mouse. In order to use Hotjar, we have implemented a special Hotjar tracking code in the code of our website. The tracking code uses cookies from Hotjar Limited. The information collected in the cookies is stored by Hotjar in a pseudonymous user profile. Neither Hotjar nor we use this information to identify you.
